Jared spent ten years learning from masters how farming techniques can renourish body and soil; for example, by nurturing the relationship between microbiota in the soil, the rumen, and the human body. Plus Lazy K steers are grass-finished via holistically planned rotations on pasture, connecting your body to the very land they graze. Located in Spring Valley of Glenwood Springs, Rivendell Farms harnesses the Roaring Fork Valley’s highly mineralized volcanic soils, pristine spring water and abundance of sunshine, all of which combine to produce nutrient-dense beef that tastes amazing.
